Encouraged in obedience (9/26/2021) The Lord made it clear to me some months ago that I needed to get a van to take kids to church. So thankful I listened and followed through because He made a way both financially and in my heart.

Taking kids to church is such a joy (who knew?!) and I thank the Lord for His encouragement through them.  Last couple of weeks young Walon was otherwise engaged and unable to come to church.  Last Sunday he took a ride with his brother and friend.  On the way home, I asked the boys, “Did you have fun today?” a resounding “YES!!” came from the back seat.  Walon followed with, “you know what I am going to say when my Mom asks if I want to go to church next week?  I am going to say YES!” 

What a blessing Lord, young hearts desiring to know You more, to praise You in Your sanctuary.  And I get to be a small part of it. Now I KNOW, taking kids to church is a joy
